Ashly lives in Alajuelita with her parents and has been serving with 6:8 Ministries since 2017. However, she has been a part of the 6:8 family since it started in 2006. Early on she was one of the children living in Alajuelita and was blessed through the ministry programs and the visiting mission teams. As a small child she prayed that some day God would allow her to be a missionary, and that she would be able to bless children in the same way the 6:8 Ministries missionaries blessed her. God was faithful and has answered her prayers!
Now Ashly is serving with 6:8 Ministries as the Children’s Ministry Director. She oversees The Child Sponsorship Program, The El Pozo Children’s Ministry, and also helps lead the Children’s Feeding Centers. She loves children and has a natural gift to help the children grow as disciples.
